Are you a former athlete looking to take your next step beyond sport? If you are, read on!

We are working with a global tech giant to offer LAPS members an exciting opportunity to take the skills they've developed throughout their sporting careers into their field operations division.

You'll be hands-on, solving problems, improving processes and helping teams achieve their goals. The qualities that help athletes succeed in sport, from leadership and teamwork to resilience, adaptability and a performance-driven mindset, can be just as valuable in the workplace.

You don't need previous experience in logistics or operations to get involved. This programme is about recognising your potential, developing new skills and opening the door to a new career beyond sport.

What you'll be doing

• Leading and supporting teams to achieve shared goals

• Solving problems and making decisions in a fast-paced environment
• Finding ways to improve processes and efficiency
• Creating a positive, safe and high-performing team culture

About you…

• A former professional/elite athlete
• Motivated to learn, develop and take on new challenges
• A strong team player who can bring the best out of others
• Resilient, adaptable and driven to achieve results
• Ready to put your sporting experience into practice in a new environment
• Previous operations/logistics experience is a nice to have, but not essential
