• Plan and manage paid media campaigns across relevant digital channels.
• Monitor campaign performance and make timely changes to improve results.
• Set campaign budgets and track spend to keep activity on plan.
• Review audience, channel and campaign data to identify useful opportunities.
• Create clear performance reports that show results, spend and next steps.
• Work with marketing and agency colleagues to align paid activity with campaign goals.
• Maintain accurate campaign set-up, tracking and delivery across accounts.
• Share practical recommendations that help clients and internal teams make informed decisions.

Profile

A successful Senior Paid Media Manager should have:

• Experience managing paid media campaigns from set-up through to reporting.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms and campaign optimisation.
• Confidence working with campaign budgets, spend data and performance metrics.
• Ability to interpret data and turn findings into clear campaign actions.
• Experience preparing performance reports for colleagues or clients.
• Good understanding of audience targeting, tracking and campaign measurement.
