Employee Relations Specialist - #2189229

I'm working exclusively on a newly created Employee Relations opportunity with a major UK employer undergoing continued transformation and growth.

We're seeking Employee Relations and Industrial Relations experience with strong experience partnering with recognised trade unions, leading complex consultations, supporting organisational change, and influencing senior stakeholders across a large, matrixed organisation.

Key areas of focus include:

• Strategic employee and industrial relations


• Trade union engagement and negotiation


• Collective consultation and organisational change


• Employment law and risk management


• Policy development and implementation


• Senior stakeholder management

The successful individual will join an expanding team and play a key role in shaping colleague relations strategy across a large and complex workforce.

We are very open to candidates from a range of sectors financial services, utilities, transport, public sector, telecoms or other heavily unionised environments are particularly encouraged to apply.

Leeds, Bristol or Edinburgh | Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
