Location: Leeds (3 Days Working from Home)

A leading UK law firm is seeking a Serious Injury Fee Earner to join its specialist Personal Injury team in Leeds. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with MOJ claims experience looking to develop their career within a supportive team.

The Role

You will manage a caseload of MOJ and Intermediate Track motor claims from instruction through to settlement. Responsibilities will include:

• Obtaining and reviewing medical evidence to establish liability, causation and quantum
• Assessing prospects of success and negotiating settlements
• Maintaining regular communication and providing excellent client care
• Managing court deadlines, directions and diary entries
• Instructing Counsel and attending hearings where required

About You

You will have experience handling personal injury claims, either managing your own caseload or supporting a Serious Injury Lawyer. Strong communication, organisational and client care skills are essential, alongside a proactive approach and willingness to develop.
