My client provides specialist services across BIM Management, MEP Coordination, Architectural Modelling, Model Federation and Digital Engineering.

With continued growth within the business, they are looking to strengthen their technical delivery team with an ambitious Revit Technician who already has a solid foundation of commercial experience and is keen to take their career forward.

THE ROLE

You will be an important part of the technical delivery team, contributing to a variety of BIM and digital engineering projects.

Responsibilities will include:

• Producing, developing and maintaining detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Supporting BIM coordination and model review activities.
• Producing accurate technical drawings and project documentation.
• Working closely with BIM Coordinators and wider project teams.
• Assisting with clash detection and model federation processes.
• Supporting the delivery of major construction and infrastructure projects.
• Developing your understanding of wider BIM processes and digital construction workflows.
• Building your technical capability and taking on increased project responsibility as your experience develops.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A minimum of 2 years' commercial experience using Autodesk Revit.
• A relevant degree, qualification or commercial background in BIM, Architecture, Engineering, Construction or a related discipline.
• Good understanding of BIM principles and digital construction workflows.
• An interest in developing beyond modelling and progressing into wider BIM responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
• A proactive approach, enthusiasm and ambition to develop professionally.

LOCATION

Leeds (LS12) – Office-based Monday to Friday.
