Vantage is looking for a Sales Consultant to join our team based in Toyota Leeds.

In return, you will receive a competitive basic salary of £23,574.54 per annum and up to £55,009.54 including OTE, plus excellent benefits!


This is a full-time role, working an average of 5 days a week between 8:30 AM and 6:00 PM, with every other weekend off.


At Vantage, we have built on our success and operate across thirteen locations in Yorkshire and Lancashire, representing Toyota, Lexus, Kia, and Škoda.


What we offer our Sales Consultants:

  • Opportunity to increase your basic salary to £27,050 per annum

  • Guaranteed commission for your first 3 months of employment

  • Average commission paid during annual leave

  • Uncapped commission with higher bandings for high performers and no minimum target

  • Preferential rates for servicing and repairs on your family and friends’ cars

  • 30 days of holiday (including bank holidays), increasing to 33 days with service

Additionally, for the first 3 months, you will receive guaranteed commission on top of your salary to help you build your customer relationships and understand our customer-first culture.

Our ideal Sales Consultant will:

  • Enjoy working in a customer-facing sales environment

  • Possess strong communication skills and adaptability to meet customer needs

  • Be highly motivated, capable of working under pressure, and driven to succeed

  • Be willing and able to achieve sales targets for new and used vehicles within operational and financial guidelines

  • Contribute to the development of the centre’s plans, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth and timely achievement of sales tasks


About the Role:

Our sales process is customer-focused and supportive, designed to maximize bonus potential. We welcome applications from proven sales achievers, whether from within or outside the motor industry, especially those with strong face-to-face sales experience. The role involves selling new and used cars and related products to our loyal customer base, with an emphasis on excellent customer service.
