Overseas Trainer - #1697466

We're looking for an Overseas Trainer, who will report to our Overseas Training Manager. As an Overseas Trainer you'll assist with creating and delivering industry-leading trainings and interventions for Jet2holidays colleagues who are based at both out Head Office and Overseas destinations.

This role can be UK based at Holiday House in Leeds or Overseas, preferably in the East Mediterranean region.

What You’ll Be Doing

Our Overseas Trainer will be responsible for identifying, planning, designing and delivering learning solutions across our Overseas Operations, to ensure our colleagues have the skills required to deliver our famous Jet2holidays VIP Customer Service. You’ll also:

• Have full involvement in all Overseas induction training.
• Regularly monitor colleague performance to identify training needs.
• Support with the planning, logistics, administration and audit of learning and development across the Overseas Operations.
