Job Title: Claims Customer Advisor

Our client, a global leader in the insurance and financial services sector, is seeking a Claims Customer Advisor to join their London Markets Express Team based in Leeds. Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to internal claims handling teams by undertaking a variety of administrative and customer service duties
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and documentation in line with service standards
- Operate a professional helpline to offer high-quality client support
- Respond to client queries in accordance with agreed service levels
- Maintain up-to-date databases and process new claims messages (e.g., ECF)
- Support with the continuous monitoring and review of outstanding claims
- Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Get involved in upcoming claims-related projects across the business
About You
While prior experience is helpful, full training is provided. We're looking for someone who brings:
