Our client, a global leader in the insurance and financial services sector, is seeking a Claims Customer Advisor to join their London Markets Express Team based in Leeds. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to internal claims handling teams by undertaking a variety of administrative and customer service duties
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and documentation in line with service standards
  • Operate a professional helpline to offer high-quality client support
  • Respond to client queries in accordance with agreed service levels
  • Maintain up-to-date databases and process new claims messages (e.g., ECF)
  • Support with the continuous monitoring and review of outstanding claims
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Get involved in upcoming claims-related projects across the business

About You

While prior experience is helpful, full training is provided. We're looking for someone who brings:
