Providing expert advice and guidance to managers on ER cases, including disciplinary, grievance, absence management, and performance issues.
Managing complex casework from start to finish, ensuring compliance with employment law and company policies.
Supporting and coaching line managers to handle ER matters confidently.
Keeping up to date with employment law changes and best practices.
Assisting with HR policies, procedures, and documentation.
Ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting on ER cases.
Profile
Proven experience in an ER-focused role.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Confident in handling high-volume and complex ER cases.
Excellent communication and coaching skills.
Ability to build strong relationships across the business.
Job Offer
Competitive salary (£30,000 - £32,000).
Full-time onsite role, Monday - Friday. Based in Leeds on the outskirts of the city centre.
