Winner Recruitment are currently working with a Service provider who focus on hard services within the Facilities management sector across retail sectors covering Leeds, Manchester, Warrington and surrounding areas. They are looking to recruit for an Electrical Engineer who will be responsible for the maintenance, and repair of Emergency lighting, generators, lighting, fire alarm testing and mechanical assets such as Air conditioning. The ideal candidate will possess a strong electrical and mechanical knowledge and demonstrate proficiency in using various tools and equipment, in various working sectors. This role requires a commitment to safety and quality, ensuring that all work complies with relevant regulations and standards.

Duties

  • As an Electrical Engineer, you will Install, maintain, and repair all types of electrical equipment such as generators, emergency lighting, fire alarm testing, and lighting across commercial sites.
  • You will also perform maintenance across mechanical assets such as Air conditioning
  • As an electrical engineer you will diagnose faults across electrical systems
  • You will perform installations as needed for various projects.
  • As a Electrical engineer, you will need to understand, complete all work-related documentation accurately on time and to exceed the customers' expectations.
  • You will maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
  • Always adhere to health and safety regulations.

Candidate

  • As an electrical engineer you must hold relevant qualifications within Electrical installations and wiring regulations such as City & Guilds, NVQ, 18th edition
  • It would be desirable to hold City and guilds 2391 test and inspection
  • You must have experience in mechanical assets such as air conditioning and chillers
  • Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely.
  • Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and fault find issues effectively.
  • A good general experience in working in occupied premises.
  • Clear communicator both oral and written.
  • A customer focused approach.
