What You’ll Do
We are seeking a Team Leader to join our Voluntary Arrangements Team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading, motivating, and developing a growing and dynamic team that delivers exceptional client service. You'll be accountable for driving performance, embedding strategic initiatives, and ensuring operational success through innovation and continuous improvement.
With the charity evolving and expanding, you'll have the opportunity to champion change, strengthen connections across departments, and foster an inclusive and inspiring workplace where colleagues thrive.
