Essential

Experience supporting high-traffic environments
Microsoft Windows Server (IIS, NLB, RDS)
VMWare and/or Hyper-V virtualisation
Active Directory, DNS

Nice-to-have

PowerShell Scripting
Prior experience in a 24/7 shift-based IT support environment
