About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Team Leader to join our innovative Konexo Legal Services team. Konexo Legal Services is a leading, well-established and fast growing managed legal service offering within Eversheds Sutherland, committed to delivering innovative and high-quality legal solutions to our clients, which enable them to outsource work previously done in-house. Our team comprises dynamic and forward-thinking professionals who leverage technology and a flexible delivery model to meet the evolving needs of businesses. Konexo won ALSP of the Year at the British Legal Awards 2023 and provides legal services from the UK, US and Malaysia. Working as an Administrator you will work as part of a team dedicated to meeting clients’ legal needs and fully contribute to the growth of Konexo Legal Services. Responsibilities
- Triage and allocation of matters
- Review of matter information and documentation against checklists
- Mailbox management
- DocuSign review and processing
- Document review and processing against checklists and playbooks
- Creation and distribution of client-specific reporting (regular and ad hoc)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and clients
- Using initiative and pointing out any areas requiring attention/intervention
Required skills
Experience of working as part of a team in a fast paced or high volume environment, working directly with clients and utilising bespoke matter management systems desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication skills
- Able to prioritise work to meet SLA's and deadlines.
- Adaptable and flexible
- Proactive in taking full responsibility for own workload
- Able to effectively use knowledge and initiative to complete tasks
- Flexible to cross train on different client accounts
- Strong eye for detail
- Capable of establishing good working relationships with colleagues and clients
- Ability to extract information and present in a professional format
