Must Haves:
Previous experience as a Machine Operative in manufacturing or production
Knowledge of running a needle line (ideal but not essential)
Ability to work 06:30–18:30, Mon–Thurs

Hours: 06:30–18:30, Monday to Thursday (paid overtime available)

About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a reliable Machine Operative to join our client’s innovative Leeds-based team. This Machine Operative role offers the chance to work with high-performance material. You’ll play a key part in operating machinery, keeping production lines moving, and making sure every product meets top-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production machinery as a Machine Operative

Work to schedules, hitting production targets on time

Carry out detailed quality checks to maintain excellence

Keep your work area tidy and safe at all times

Assist with machine adjustments and changeovers

Desirable Skills:

Previous experience in textiles or plastics manufacturing

Needle line operation knowledge

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
