• Salary: £28,000
• Location: Leeds City Centre
• Hours: Monday to Friday - either 8:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:00pm
• Working pattern: Office-based for your first three months (probation), then hybrid - 3 days in the office, 2 from home

My client is a well-established, fast-paced business in the heart of Leeds, and their Sales Operations team is the engine room that keeps everything moving. I'm on the hunt for a Sales Operations Coordinator to become the person the sales team can't imagine working without.

This is NOT a sales role - there are no targets, no cold calls and no business development. Instead, it's all about coordination, accuracy and keeping the wheels turning smoothly. If you take genuine satisfaction from a tidy CRM, a flawless quotation and a process that just works, you're going to feel right at home.

What You'll Be Doing

• Preparing quotations and getting them out the door quickly and accurately (full training provided)
• Processing orders and managing the end-to-end quote-to-cash process
• Keeping the CRM clean, current and reliable
• Liaising with suppliers to keep everything on track
• Working shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales, Finance and Operations to keep things joined up

What We're Looking For

• Organised, with an eagle eye for detail
• Comfortable working with systems - Microsoft Excel and Business Central in particular
• Someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple priorities
• A natural coordinator who takes pride in getting the details right
