We are looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join a highly regarded team in Leeds, working on a varied caseload of high value and complex commercial disputes. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 4 to 8 years PQE to take ownership of their own matters while working with partners on significant and strategically important work.

Description

The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will be:

* Managing a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters from instruction through to resolution

* Advising clients on high value and complex commercial disputes

* Acting on professional negligence claims and disputes

* Working on IT related disputes and shareholder disputes

* Acting for clients across a broad range of sectors and industries

* Taking responsibility for your own caseload and progressing matters efficiently

* Supporting partners on high value, complex and strategically important disputes

* Developing strong relationships with clients and providing commercially focused advice

* Working with colleagues across the wider dispute resolution team

• * Contributing to the continued growth and development of the firm's commercial litigation offering

Profile

The Commercial Litigation Solicitor should be:

* A solicitor with 4 to 8 years PQE ideally

* Experienced in commercial litigation and contentious matters

* Able to demonstrate experience handling complex and high value commercial disputes

* Experienced in one or more areas such as professional negligence, IT disputes or shareholder disputes

* Comfortable taking responsibility for their own caseload

* Experienced in supporting partners on significant and complex matters

* Commercially minded with the ability to provide clear and practical advice

* Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities

Job Offer

• Salary ranging from £70,000 to £75,000
