Procurement Lead - #2163499

• Lead and deliver end-to-end procurement exercises across DDaTT, Claims and Corporate Services.
• Produce tender documentation, evaluation materials and award reports.
• Provide procurement advice and support stakeholders with specifications and requirements.
• Manage supplier clarifications, evaluations and moderation activities.
• Ensure compliance with the Procurement Act 2023, PCR 2015 and internal policies.
• Manage multiple procurement projects and deliver to agreed deadlines.

• CIPS qualified or equivalent procurement experience.
• Strong public sector procurement background.
• Sound knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023 and PCR 2015.
• Experience delivering end-to-end tender exercises for goods and services.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
