Personal Assistant - Employment

Location: Leeds preferred (Manchester or London considered)
Salary: £32,250
Contract: Permanent
Hybrid: 2 days in the office / 3 days from home

We are working with a leading international law firm seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join its busy Employment team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive PA to provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to fee earners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing diaries, inboxes, meetings and travel arrangements.

  • Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence.

  • Supporting matter opening, closing and compliance administration.

  • Assisting with billing, expenses and time recording.

  • Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Working closely with EAs and wider support teams.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous PA or legal secretarial experience, ideally within a law firm.

  • Strong diary management and organisational skills.

  • Experience with billing administration and document production.

  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
