Quantity Surveyor - #2164352

We’re working with an established construction consultancy seeking a motivated QS to join its growing team, delivering projects across retail and a diverse range of real estate sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on varied projects, build strong client relationships and develop your expertise within an ambitious consultancy.

The Role

• Deliver cost management and quantity surveying services across a range of projects.
• Prepare cost plans, estimates, tender documentation and cost reports.
• Manage procurement, valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Monitor project budgets, identify commercial risks and support cost control.
• Work closely with clients, contractors and wider project teams.
• Contribute to successful project delivery from inception through to completion.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a Quantity Surveying or Cost Management role.
• A relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying.
• Strong commercial awareness and cost management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Experience across retail or other construction sectors is advantageous.
• Working towards RICS chartership or MRICS desired
