Product Owner - #2167307
North Scout
Product Owner | North Leeds | Hybrid | Up to £55,000
The best Product Owner roles sit at the heart of the business. You're speaking to customers, working alongside developers, influencing product direction and helping decide what gets built next. That's exactly what this opportunity offers.
We're working with a long-established healthcare software company in North Leeds that's looking for a Product Owner to join their growing product team.
Working closely with the Head of Product and Technical Director, you'll help turn ideas, customer feedback and commercial priorities into a clear roadmap for the development team. It's a role with plenty of visibility, autonomy and the chance to make a genuine impact on the direction of the product.
The company has been building software in the healthcare sector for over 20 years and has developed a reputation for looking after both its customers and its people. They're now investing further in the platform and are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with stakeholders, getting into the detail and helping deliver meaningful product improvements.
We're keen to speak with Product Owners who have:
• Experience working on SaaS products
• Strong backlog management and prioritisation skills
• A commercial mindset and focus on delivering value
• Experience working closely with development teams
• Confidence engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A pragmatic approach to problem solving and decision making
Experience with Agile environments and tools such as Azure DevOps would be beneficial.
The setup:
North Leeds
Hybrid working – ideally 3 days a week in the office
Up to £55,000
Why people enjoy working there:
It's a genuinely friendly business with a strong culture and very little bureaucracy. You'll work closely with the people making decisions, have plenty of autonomy and be trusted to get on with the job.
The office is bright, modern and in a great location, and the team strikes a nice balance between working hard and enjoying what they do. There's flexibility when needed, a supportive environment and a benefits package that includes private healthcare, professional development support and weekly social events.
This would suit someone who enjoys being close to both customers and technology, likes taking ownership and wants to play a key role in the future of a successful software product.
